This is a great app!
The visualization and affirmation tracks are the meat of the app,
I coach Jr. High girls, and have played the basketball visualization track for them early Saturday morning at a tournament where we didnt play until early afternoon. They loved it, and although I cant draw a direct causal relationship, I believe it helped them play some of the best games of thier year that afternoon.
You wont be dissapointed!
